As a rite of passage Kiki, a young witch, must venture away from her home and live in an unfamiliar city where she can offer her magical services. Broomstick in hand, she figures that she can help this community by running her own delivery service and, along with her cat, goes on whimsical adventures full of friendship and self-discovery.

A beautiful magical film not just about the adventures of a young witch but also her day to day life. It delivers gentle but powerful messages of self discovery, mental health, and self care.
My absolute FAVORITE studio Ghibli film. Honestly, everything about this story is perfect. It lacks the stakes of some of studio Ghibli's other films, but that is what makes it so good! It's about a young witch who delivers baked goods, what's not to love? Kiki's delivery service is a lovely coming of age film with just the right amount of magic.
