After a heavy snowstorm hits a small town, a mutilated body washes ashore. Though the man is unidentifiable, it is certain that he was murdered just hours ago. Words begin to spread, and the town spirals into chaos. Residents and visitors alike realize they are all possible suspects, and the killer is trapped among them.
