An Irish man is inadvertently listed as a dead stranger's next of kin. Tasked with transporting the body cross country, he takes his autistic brother and a funeral home temp along for the ride. When the police catch wind of the corpse mix-up, however, the trio becomes the subjects of a nationwide manhunt.

The Irish Times by Donald Clarke
All this might be unbearable were it not for some lovely performances and, despite the familiar tropes, a commitment to treat Louis and his condition with respect.
Crehan knits it together like a well-worn onesie: you know exactly what shape it’s going to be once you’re wrapped up in it, but that doesn’t mean it lacks for comfort and warmth.
Contrived as it often seems, The Last Right is just unpredictable enough to pass muster, just cute enough to charm and just romantic enough to get by.
