As Léon and his friend, Ibra, leave Burkina Faso in search of a better life, they face the corrupt networks of clandestine emigration, fall victim to human traffickers, and get stranded in Libya. Barely escaping with his life, Léon flees home, vowing to attack those responsible for his suffering and that of other migrants.
