Children of the Whales(クジラの子らは砂上に歌う)

In a world overtaken by nothing but oceans of sand, a small society of humans with special abilities live on an isolated island. Chakuro, a young archivist, is one of them. No one has ever seen another human or even heard that any exist outside of their island—until Chakuro stumbles upon a mysterious girl who will change his life.
