Néboa

After a teenager turns up dead during entroido carnival on the island of Néboa, locals speculate that the killer is the Urco, a wolf headed man from folk stories. Three Guardia Civil agents begin investigating, but quickly discover that this killing mimics past strings of serial murder cases–all of which are unsolved.
