Reeds and Mud(Cañas y barro)

In late-19th and early-20th century Spain, economic hardship forces Los Paloma, a close-knit family of fishers, to reinvent themselves as rice farmers in their small Valencian town. Based on the novel by Vicente Blasco Ibáñez, “Reeds and Mud” follows the social and familial upheaval over three generations.
