Pierre Gauthier and François Pelletier are hired by the director of Montreal's anti-crime squad to take down Guiseppe Scarfo, head of the Montreal Mafia. Through creative and unusual methods, the police seek to battle the encroaching spread of organized crime; while family-centric mobsters fight back, bound by their own codes of honor.
