La intrusa

La Intrusa is a Venezuelan telenovela that was produced by and seen on Venezuela's Radio Caracas Televisión. It was written by Ana Mercedes Escámez and Inés Rodena and directed by Luis Alberto Lamata. This telenovela lasted 234 episodes and was distributed internationally by RCTV International. It is a remake of Radio Caracas Television's 1971 telenovela La Usurpadora which starred Marina Baura and Raul Amundaray. The story was also made remade by Televisa in 1998 and was called La Usurpadora which starred Gabriela Spanic and Fernando Colunga.
