When Mahmoud Shuaib, a wealthy man with two sons, becomes increasingly forgetful, he worries he may have Alzheimer's disease. Concerned that they may end up with nothing to inherit if their father keeps this up, Mahmoud's sons attempt to take control of his estate and finances for hidden selfish purposes.
