Welcome to the Sticks(Bienvenue chez les ch'tis)

After being banished to the far North of France for trying to scam an inspector, public servant Phillipe struggles to live in the foreign and unfamiliar town of Bergues. Determined to quickly return to his charming town in the south, he relocates without his family, only to discover Bergues has a charm of its own.
