A "wedding of the century", as Yugoslavian newspapers called it, took place on February 19, 1995 when Željko Ražnatović 'Arkan', a Serbian war criminal, married Svetlana 'Ceca' Ražnatović, the most popular folk singer in the country. The wedding was released on VHS.
