Boris, Ivanka and their 18 years old son Dimitri, a russian family, are stuck behind the walls of the conservative ghetto town of Rosepillow! A new mayor decrees that every family should have two children, otherwise the whole family will be arrested. Boris and his wife Ivanka has only one son ,Dimitri and Boris is sterile for almost two years now!
