Jan, a father and nurse living in Greenland, has always been on the run from himself after being sexually abused by his father. He yearns to be a part of the collectivist culture in Nuuk and labeled a “Kalak” or “dirty Greenlander.” Ultimately, he must stop running and confront his father.
