Joe Ouakam

A documentary portrait of a day in the life of the artist Joe Ouakam, also known as Issa Samb. A sculptor, painter, playwright, performance artist, and poet, he had a large presence in the art scene in Dakar, particularly as one of the founding members of the Laboratoire Agit'Art.
