Dharma turns alcoholic when he has to quit boxing due to injury.To support his family his son Shankar takes to stealing and is put behind bars.Shankar meets Tony who trains him into boxing in order to defeat his rival Raghu.Shankar soon becomes a professional boxer but has to quit the sport due to injury like his father But life plays a cruel part forcing him to rejoin boxing fearing his life.
