Emails To My Little Sister

Created for an thesis project related to the phenomenology of Blackness in Berlin, the film takes place in Ethiopia, where two siblings reflect on becoming Black over email conversations. The concept of Blackness emerges in the Euro-centric world as a category that marks difference, and the brother grapples with this new concept of identity.
