A desperate call alerts the Kiel Police: "He's in my apartment, he comes through the wall.". But for Carmen Kessler help comes too late. The young woman is found brutally murdered in her apartment. Commissioner Borowski and his colleague Sarah Brandt face a conundrum: Although the apartment door is locked and the offender has left no trace at the scene, the killer seems to be with the victim and gone.
