Two best friends 'Josh' and 'Nathan' go to college to join a fraternity together but they're hit with some hard news that Josh becomes terminally il. Josh's dream is to finally lose his virginity so Nathan and his frat buddies secretly create a college basketball-style bracket where they have to sleep with the hottest girl from each sorority to determine who is the best lay.
