Russia. Siberia. Endless taiga. 500 km to the nearest settlement. That is where The Last Testament religious community is located. Ten thousand of its followers believe that their Teacher is the true reincarnation of Jesus Christ. A father, one of the followers, is going with his 11 years old son from Moscow to the community in Siberia, seeking paradise. The mother and the younger son stay behind in Moscow. The creators of the film managed to get exclusive footage of the male monastery of the community, into which no strangers were ever allowed.
