On the Water(Vee peal)

Andres is a sensitive teenager living with his strict grandparents in a small, bland Soviet Estonian town. While struggling with school and bullying from his classmates, he finds comfort in his friends: the drunkards, whores, and thieves living next door who offer him advice as he experiences first love.
