The Plastic House

Imagining what it would be like if her parents had passed, the director/character filmed this fictional-documentary hybrid, absorbed in the routine of working in a green house and left to carry on the family business alone. The plastic roof bears the weight of natural elements while shadow memories of her parents are captured on a lo-fi camcorder. Attempting to cope with loss, the healing ritual of physical labour reveals itself over time.
