Set in a post-apocalyptic future that's been ravaged by a plague, the "Babyman" and Cpl. Nardo investigate the murder of a high ranking Anti-Crime Enterprise official. Admiral Vicus, under the belief that the Babyman was the murderer, sets in motion an order that will eradicate all Evolved individuals.
