Julius Myers and his friend Will Higgins are on the run from rival gangster known as Isaiah Thompson. Young adult Jackson Richards is working at a repair shop while trying to pursue a career in music. Meanwhile, high school basketball star Chris Reid and his friend Sam Evans get mixed up in the wrong crowd.
