Utopia

It tells several crime stories happening in Manila at the same time. Abusive policemen torture a minor suspected of theft. An opportunistic pickup artist with a YouTube show baits a psychotic drug mule into an act of violence. Two freelance hit men track down a dangerous target, to murder him. Three small-time criminals steal a car, to use it for a heist. An undercover police officer is trapped in a warehouse where a drug deal between two syndicates goes awry. On any other day, bad men could have gotten away with their crimes, and the innocent could have been harmed. But on this day, a comet flies over Manila, causing cosmic disturbances that make everything right for one night.
