Soul

This documentary brings the viewer inside the kitchens of Jiro Ono’s (of Jiro Dreams of Sushi) legendary Tokyo sushi restaurant, and to Eneko Atxa’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant Azurmendi in northeast Spain. The film paints a sensory portrait of the two restaurants, and captures the rich culinary tastes and traditions of both Basque and Japanese cuisines.
