The Delegation(Delegacioni)

In Albania, 1990, the government's communist regime is struggling to maintain power, and will soon be visited by a European delegation to asses the country's ability to join international unions. To boost their chances, they initiate the release of a political prisoner so that he can testify in favor of those that imprisoned him.
