William returns from his trip to the European Championship in soccer, only to find that his brother's trip to the World Cup two years prior was allegedly more joyous and successful. He seeks out scientist Karl Bloomstein, who claims to have a working time machine, in order to travel back to 2014 and experience this legendary World Cup. And here's the kicker...
