The film opens space for Dona Romana, a religious leader widely known in Tocantins and in Brazil, to tell us her story and show us a little of her world, physically settled in the rural area of the city of Natividade, the oldest municipality in the state of Tocantins and history closely linked to slavery and Afro-descendant populations. His house is a unique temple, furnished with fantastic, beautiful and enigmatic drawings and other artifacts; works of art that speak of their belief, worldview and express their relationship with the transcendent. From his backyard emerge great sculptures that link the earthly world to other planes and dimensions, and speak of their religiosity, the nature of planet Earth and the future of humanity.
We hate to say it, but we can't find anywhere to view this film.
