Based on the beloved novel Les Plouffe by Roger Lemelin, “The Plouffe Family” chronicles the daily life of a working-class family in the years after World War II. The family is made up of Théophile, a former cycling champion, Josephine, his naive but kind wife, and their four adult children Napoléon, Ovide, Cécile and Guillaume.
