One night at the neighborhood bar, Fendika, in Addis Ababa, the bustling bar goes quiet when in walks a strange clone of Hitler. The clientele of the bar are quick to make fun of him, pulling off his fake mustache and pulling practical jokes that amuse all but the little man in the uniform.
