Covering the 1992 Summer Olympic games in Barcelona, this documentary weaves the story of the marathon through various coverage of other sports. On a hot day in August, the runners went from the port of Mataró, along the Catalan coast, through the streets of Barcelona, and up Montjuïc to the stadium.
