Cacaso(Cacaso na Corda Bamba)

Born in Minas Gerais, who lived in Rio de Janeiro, leaving behind a destiny of becoming a farmer, Antonio Carlos de Brito (1944-1987) chose the poetry and became Cacaso, one of the leaders of the marginal poetry movement, the fight of the mimeograph against the military dictatorship in the 1970s. A professor that talked about anything but literature, Cacaso fulfilled notebooks not only with poems but also reflections, drawings and collages, immersed in the purest multimedia expression, long before the internet. He also approached to music and became a lyricist and partner of songwriters such as Elton Medeiros, Edu Lobo, Francis Hime, Sueli Costa and Joyce.
