For nearly a decade, skateboarding and the possession of boards was illegal in Norway. During the ban, a group of skaters goes to creative lengths to do what they love. This film analyzes the policy shift and economic impact from the underground era of the 70s and 80s to the skateboarding boom after the ban was lifted.
