The Crazy Ray(Paris qui dort)

A scientist invents a ray that makes people caught in its beam fall asleep where they stand. When a night watchman of the Effiel Tower discovers the scientist's secret, unaffected by the ray, he attempts to take advantage of the sudden freedom and begins to run wild in the streets of Paris.
