Céline une seule fois / Live 2013, is a historic concert that was recorded outdoors before 40,000 fans. It was a very special week for Céline, because whilst she was in Quebec City for the concert, the Governor General granted here the title of Companion of the Order of Canada (the highest civilian honor in the country).
