An investigation into traditions of storytelling through a portrait of the director's ancestral farming village. Fad’jal, the village elder, speaks of the foundation of the village and all the events that have since unfolded there, traditional rites of passage, agrarian rites, and the origin of this village founded by a woman around the 16th century.
