On July 13 1991 INXS were filmed in concert at Wembley Stadium, London performing one of the greatest concerts ever by one of the worlds greatest rock and roll bands to a sold out mass of 72,000 fans. The Wembley concert was the last of a 12 month world-wide run of dates on the band’s record breaking X – Factor Tour and those there on the day witnessed a band at the absolute peak of their powers. This electrifying concert was filmed in 35mm and directed by David Mallet [ AC/DC, U2, Madonna] with no less than 18 cameras aimed at the Wembley stage ensuring every moment was captured for history’s sake. INXS rose to the occasion with a blistering set drawing from their arsenal of #1 albums, serious hits such as Need You Tonight, New Sensation, Never Tear Us Apart, Suicide Blonde, Devil Blonde and Original Sin - that were not only performed brilliantly but captured live forever.
