In the 1970s, Dutch journalist Hans Knoop launched a sweep investigation of the Dutch Nazi collaborator Pieter Menten who evaded justice after World War II. Menten was responsible for the murder of Polish Jews as a member of the SS, but received only a slap on the wrist. Knoop's investigation would change that.
