Nicholas belongs to a wealthy, but dysfunctional family. His mother is an elite businesswoman conducting an affair with her business partner, while his father is a prisoner in his own home with only an electric train set for company. Nicholas works a low-level cafe job and falls in with a group of petty thieves.
We hate to say it, but we can't find anywhere to view this film.

The movie exudes a cheerful energy--laying out a deck of narrative cards, then reshuffling them in the final 10 minutes.

This is a big-hearted film with admirable ambitions, and the ending is appropriately bittersweet, with victory and comeuppance occupying the same time and frame.
Plot and dialogue take a back seat to a series of inventive sight gags that unspool with effortless charm. An ensemble cast of talented amateurs is in top form.
