I've seen it. I bought a copy of it (actually both films by Maetzig on Thalmann) on German Amazon (when Amazon let you buy items without establishing a banking presence in that region). Actually less propaganda than hagiography. That's mostly a difference of emphasis. Saints' bios were propaganda. It is kinda marvelous actually. If over a certain age, in the cast of East German actors, you will see some familiar faces.
