In 1993 Texas, Carlos DeLuna, 21 years old, was arrested and tried for the murder of Wanda Lopez. DeLuna was found guilty and sentenced to death despite desperately protesting his innocence. This documentary sheds light on the corrupt justice system that executed an innocent man while leaving a dangerous killer at large.
