European athletics champion Sergey Borozdin gets into a car accident. You can forget about big-time sports, but the stress experienced gives the runner a unique ability - he sees events from the past at speed. At this time in the city the cruel maniac attacking women is wielding. Each of his victims is somehow connected with Sergey.
