Vele is a struggling train mechanic living with his terminally ill father. Unable to afford medication, Vele gives his father a cake made from stolen marijuana. Miraculously, his father’s health improves. But soon, Vele finds himself pursued by nosy neighbors demanding the recipe for his “healing” cake, and by the gangsters whose drugs he stole.
