Lars works as a lifeguard in the Eastern part of Oslo, harboring a violent temper resulting from an abusive childhood. When he discovers a man is preying on the young boys in the neighborhood, his attempts to bring the issue to authority figures is met with indifference, forcing him to try to stop the abuser himself.
