A cornfield owner seeking a new life sells his field and buys an old, dilapidated Peugeot, hoping to be a taxi driver. When the engine dies, his hopes are dashed, and his wife is forced into sex work. Then the man strips the car and uses the engine as a barbecue to sell grilled corn.
