Dr. Greene, a psychiatrist at an asylum, interviews Michael, a patient who may be connected to the disappearance of his colleague Dr. Lawrence. Over the course of several conversations, Michael paints a picture of his tragic life and claims that he knows where Lawrence is, but Dr. Greene’s ex-wife, who is also Michael’s nurse, warns Greene not to trust him.
