An impressionistic portrait of one of France's immortal icons, showing her rise from the brothels of Paris to the dazzling limelight of New York's most famous concert halls. Although Edith Piaf struggled with great personal loss and drug addiction, she was able to channel her experiences into her songs to dazzle audiences.
