When the farmer's away, the animals play – and walk, talk, and party. Eventually, though, someone has to step in and run things, and the farm elects Otis, an irresponsible cow who loves to party, as their new leader. If Otis wants to protect the farm, he will have to learn to put aside his carefree nature.
