ATALAYA

Atalaya was the summer home of the industrialist Archer Huntington and his wife, the sculptress, Anna. Today it stands both as a ruin, and a remembrance, of an age past. In 2012 my parents moved to Murrells Inlet, South Carolina and I never went to see them. This film documents my first visit to my parents house following the death of my father in June 2018.
